Team Coaching

Work better together—with Clarity, Trust, and Momentum

When a team is aligned, work feels lighter and impact grows. When it’s not, even simple tasks become heavy. Team coaching creates the conditions for people to collaborate with more honesty, steadiness, and shared purpose—so your outcomes improve and the day-to-day feels human and workable.

What Changes with Team Coaching

  • Clearer communication → fewer misunderstandings, faster decisions

  • Stronger trust → more accountability and healthier conflict

  • Shared focus → priorities, roles, and norms everyone can stand behind

  • Resilient ways of working → steadiness during growth and change

  • Better results → measurable progress on goals that matter

When Teams Bring Me In

  • New leaders, reorgs, or rapid growth are stretching the team

  • Meetings go long; decisions stall or happen in the hallway afterward

  • Conflicts simmer, feedback is avoided, or turnover is creeping up

  • Silos block collaboration across functions or locations

  • The team wants a more sustainable pace and clearer agreements

My Approach

I blend practical organization-wide tools with a human-centered lens shaped by the Satir Growth Model. In plain terms: we look at what’s happening on the surface (goals, roles, workflow) and what’s driving it underneath (beliefs, expectations, stress patterns). From there, we build simple, repeatable practices the team can own.

Core tools I draw from:

  • Satir-informed frameworks (e.g., Iceberg, Coping Stances, Mandala) translated into everyday language

  • Team norms and working agreements that are specific and observable

  • Decision-making and meeting structures that shorten cycle time

  • Feedback practices that are direct and respectful

  • Light-weight metrics to track behavior change and outcomes
